Harnett County Juvenile Restitution and Community Service and Teen Court Programs accept juveniles, between the ages of 7 to 17, who are referred by Juvenile Court Counselor’s Office, Juvenile Court, School Resource Officers or Law Enforcement who have engaged in inappropriate behavior.

This program teaches juveniles accountability, repairing harm to victims while developing vocational skills and rehabilitating juveniles to make wise choices and to prevent future inappropriate behavior.
