Elderly Disable Transportation Assistance Program
Elderly and Disabled Transportation Assistance Program (EDTAP) is a funding program that provides transportation for Harnett County citizens that a physician, medical professional, or a social worker must determine if they meet the intended demographic of the funding. If the appropriate professional agrees these guidelines are met they must sigh the enrollment form certifying so, and it needs to be returned to HARTS staff.
