UOCAVA Notices – October & November 2025 Municipal Elections
In accordance with the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), the Harnett County Board of Elections has published official notices for the upcoming municipal elections scheduled for October 7, 2025, and November 4, 2025 Elections.
These notices list the contests currently expected to appear on each ballot, including mayoral and commissioner races across the Towns of Erwin, Angier, Coats, and Lillington. They also provide information for eligible UOCAVA voters on how to request and submit a Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot (FWAB) or a regular absentee ballot.
