2026 Primary & 2026 General Elections
In accordance with the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), the Harnett County Board of Elections has published official notices for the upcoming statewide elections scheduled for:
March 3, 2026 — Primary Election
November 3, 2026 — General Election
These notices list the contests currently expected to appear on each ballot, as well as important information for eligible UOCAVA voters—including how to request and submit a Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot (FWAB) or a regular absentee ballot.
