Illegal Dumping and Litter
DO NOT leave trash outside gates at the convenience centers or landfill. This is considered littering under N.C.G.S. 14-339. Violaters will be subject to civil citation or criminal charges.
All loads entering any Harnett County Landfill, Transfer Station or Convenience Center must be secure. Failure to do so will result in citation under N.C.G.S. 20-116G enforced by the Harnett County Sheriff's Office.
