The Harnett County Health Department, in collaboration with Campbell University, is conducting the 2025 Community Health Assessment (CHA) to better understand the health status and quality of life of Harnett County residents.
The survey is designed to identify the major health and community issues affecting our residents. The results will be used to help shape future programs and services aimed at improving overall community health and well-being across the County.
The Community Health Assessment is a vital tool for identifying key health concerns and quality-of-life issues affecting the community. Data collected will guide programs, services, and strategies aimed at improving health outcomes across the county.
Survey participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is open to Harnett County residents age18 and older.
The results of the survey will be shared with public, government, and partner agencies to inform initiatives to improve health outcomes.
