Harnett County Commissioners Invite Residents to May Town Hall Meetings

community members listening to presentationThe Harnett County Board of Commissioners are pleased to invite community members to attend a series of Town Hall meetings this May. These meetings are an opportunity for residents to engage with local leadership, ask questions, and gain insight into key priorities.

Three Town Hall Meetings will be held throughout the month of May:

  • May 7, 2025, at 6:00 pm with Commissioners Barbara McKoy (District 1) and Matthew Nicol (District 5).

Location: Highland Middle School, 345 Highland School Sanford, NC.

  • May 13, 2025, at 6:00 pm with Commissioners William “Bill” Morris (District 2) and Brooks Matthews (District 3).

Location: Erwin Town Hall, 100 West F. Street, Erwin, NC.

  • May 22, 2025, at 6:00 pm with Commissioner William “Bill” Morris (District 2).

Location: City of Dunn Town Hall, 401 East Broad Street, Dunn, NC.

Each meeting will feature updates from the Commissioners, followed by an open forum for questions and comments from the public. Residents are encouraged to attend.

No registration is required for the Town Hall Meetings, and they will be held in person only.

The Harnett County Board of Commissioners will continue their 2025 Town Hall Series, bringing local government closer to residents through scheduled visits to communities across their districts. These meetings offer residents a valuable opportunity to engage directly with County leadership and stay informed on key initiatives throughout the year.
