•$20/hour
•$75 for up to 4 hours
•$50 refundable deposit

•$10 Late Fee for any rental not paid for by the preceding Wednesday at 5 PM

Anderson Creek Senior Center (up to 50 people, kitchen available):
•$35/hour
•$130 for up to 4 hours
•$100 refundable deposit

•$10 Late Fee for any rental not paid for by the preceding Wednesday at 5 PM

Boone Trail Community Center Meeting Room (up to 20 people):
•$25/hour
•$90 for up to 4 hours
•$50 refundable deposit

•$10 Late Fee for any rental not paid for by the preceding Wednesday at 5 PM

Shawtown Community Development Center Classroom (up to 20 people)

•$25/hour
•$90 for up to 4 hours
•$50 refundable deposit

•$10 Late Fee for any rental not paid for by the preceding Wednesday at 5 PM
