The American Rescue Plan Act helps to provide skilled training for individuals who are in the reentry process and/or at risk of substance abuse.
ARPA Offers: Short Term Training, Work-Based Learning Opportunities, Workforce Skills Training, Pre-Employment Workshops and Expungement Clinic.
