Hand-Eye Count

The Harnett County Board of Elections will conduct a Hand-to-Eye Count on the first floor of the Harnett County Resource Center and Library, located at 455 McKinney Parkway, Lillington, NC.
This process is open to the public to observe in person but will not be livestreamed. The Hand-to-Eye Count is conducted as part of the post-election process to verify the accuracy of election results by manually counting ballots from randomly selected precincts and comparing those totals with the results reported by the voting system.
