Renee Whittenton, Harnett County Clerk of Superior Court, and her staff provide some services that are outside the scope of the Register of Deeds office.
- Wills are filed in the Clerk of Court and copies may be obtained from them.
- Divorce records are kept in the Clerk of Court and copies may be obtained from them. *If recorded, Separation Agreements can be found in the Register of Deed's office.
