Harnett County Veterans Services Office, located in the Harnett County Resource Center & Library, will be closed for in-person services starting at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3 through Friday, October 7 while staff attend the North Carolina Association of County Veteran Service Officers Training Conference.
Staff will be available to provide in-person services on Monday, October 3 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Veterans and their family members who need assistance during this closure can email Harnett County Veterans Services at webvs@harnett.org or call and leave a voicemail at 910-893-7574. Staff will respond to inquiries as soon as possible.
For immediate assistance, veterans can contact the Department of Veterans Affairs toll free number at 1-800-827-1000 or contact the North Carolina Department of Military and Veteran Affairs at 919-664-1134.
In-person services will resume on Monday, October 10 at 8:00 a.m.
