Child Abuse Prevention Month Opening Ceremony

The Child Abuse Prevention Month Opening Ceremony will take place on Monday, April 1 from 10am-10:30am at Harnett County Department of Social Services, located at 311 W. Corenlius Harnett Blvd., LIllington. This is an annual event where community leaders and members join to bring awareness to child abuse prevention, have a tribute for the children that have passed away as a result of homicide by their parents or caretakers, and plant pinwheels on the front lawn of the Department of Social Services.
